The locked character guideline: face, hair, body, clothing and palette for each of the four characters.

What I built

Little Wonder Days is an Indonesian-language Instagram brand about parenting, marriage, and family life, built around four illustrated characters: Papa, Ibu, and their two kids, Arga and Nara. I built an end-to-end AI-supported content production pipeline to run it. I give a simple story prompt, and the system takes it from there, writing, illustrating, and preparing it for publishing, with my involvement limited to planning the direction, reviewing the output, and approving what goes live. The execution, and the insight gathering behind it, is handled by the agents.

The part I treated as non-negotiable: the four characters had to look like themselves in every single output. A locked character guideline, covering face, hair, body, clothing, and palette for each character, means one plain-language story command produces a consistent result every time, without me having to specify visual details post by post.

What this proves

A single person can run a fully illustrated brand end to end, without a design team, a writer, or a publisher. What makes that possible is building consistency into the system as a rule, rather than holding it together with art direction on every post.

The narrower point is the more interesting one. AI-generated illustration can hold a consistent, recurring character identity across a body of work, which is a harder problem than producing any single good image. The locked guideline is what does it.
